It’s started already!
Just behind the Thansur Bokor Casino, a row of about 40 three story buildings.
Several Chinese restaurants and a few other shopping venues.
Probably best at night.
(Might not be there soon, due to the exodus of Chinese because of the on-line gambling ban)
Update: Chinatown gone. But don’t bet on it not coming back!
Goes right up to the entrance to Wat Sampov Bram.
